The decisions to put up a "Client's Charter" for
applications of new and renewal of miscellaneous Licenses is to provide
a better and faster service from department. The Client's Charter was
introduces since 1st May 1998 and was progressing well. Applicant
will get their new licenses within 21 days from the date of application
compared with the previous system which took one to two month time for
approval and for the renewal of licenses can now be issued within 5
days from the date of application.
