It consists of 4 major service sections : Administration and Finance Building Control and House Assessment Licensing Services and Maintenance Administration and Finance Dealing with administrative and personnel matter. Financial matters such as payment of salaries, allowances as well as revenue collection. Preparing annual budget and development projects. Handling office equipment, furniture, stationers etc. Building Control and House Assessment Planning and controlling all development projects - erection/renovation/demolishing of building etc. Planning and implementing all government projects. Co-ordinating all private projects.   Collecting taxes Enforcing Laws and Regulations Licensing Receiving Application and Inspecting The Commercial Sites. Issuing Commercial Licenses Enforcing Laws and Regulations Services and Maintenance This section consists of 5 units:- Workshop and Vehicles Unit. Store and Equipment Unit Services and Maintenance under Zone A Unit Services and Maintenance under Zone B Unit Services and Maintenance under Zone C Unit
